D.C. Bound

About an hour and a half ago my dad called me. The conversation went a little something as follows:

Dad: "Hey."

Me: "Hey."

Dad: "What are you doing this week?"

Me: (job searching, tanning, hanging out with friends, cooking boyfriend dinner) "Mmm, nothing."

Dad: "Want to go to Washington with me this week?"

Me: (briefly weighs out the pros and cons of each decision, either staying or going- D.C. quickly takes the cake) Sure!"

Dad: "Alright then, be ready at noon."

Me: "Ooooookie dokie."

So there you have it. It seems that I am off again on yet another spontaneous adventure of traveling!

Though there are many aspects to this trip that are not going to be all fun and games, I am still very excited for the vacation.

Yay for a legitimate reason to put off job searching for another ENTIRE week!

I will have my computer and camera in tow so updates are unavoidable.
